Since joining Hauser Jones & Sas in 2021, Molly has played a pivotal role in supporting clients during critical transitions. For example, she guided a client through the emotionally challenging process of taking over her late husband’s business, ensuring that everything was handled properly and on time. She also worked directly with an IRS agent to fully abate penalties for another client during a difficult transition, minimizing financial impact and ensuring business continuity.
Before joining Hauser Jones & Sas, Molly worked at another accounting firm from 2017 to 2021, where she progressed from Staff to Senior Staff. In that role, she handled a mix of tax, accounting, and audit work, developing her expertise across multiple areas of the profession. Molly began her career shortly after graduating from the University of Washington – Tacoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Economics.

Outside of work, Molly is an avid soccer player and a devoted caretaker of her four dogs, three of which are senior medical needs patients. Her passion for caring for her pets extends into her love for gardening. Molly grew up in Kent, WA, and still calls the area home, where she continues to make a positive impact on her community and clients.
