Alexis Arellano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy with a second major in Management from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Prior to joining Opsahl Dawson, Alexis worked at a midsize firm in South Texas that specialized in international tax and cross-border transactions. With a focus on individual and entity compliance, Alexis brings particular expertise in Roth conversion planning and Texas state reporting requirements. One of the most rewarding aspects of the job is collaborating with clients to solve tax challenges and support their long-term financial goals. A dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs, Alexis also enjoys exploring state parks with friends and family and spending time at South Padre Island.
