DJ brings a wide-ranging and dynamic background to his role as Director of Special Projects. Originally from the small farm town of Richmond, Missouri, DJ relocated to Vancouver, Washington, in 2011. His career began at KPMG as a CPA and auditor and evolved into leadership roles across a multinational steel company—ranging from plant controller to VP of Finance—where he led ERP implementations, M&A, and post-merger integrations. DJ later served as CFO of a fast-growing construction company and most recently held dual roles as CFO and CEO of a family-owned business. Known for his ambitious, task-oriented approach, DJ thrives on helping organizations scale, streamline, and succeed. Outside the office, DJ enjoys life with his wife, Corinne, their two children, India and Cotton, and their dog, Henry. He’s an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys family adventures from Iceland to Sun River, plus cheering on his kids in golf, basketball, and soccer.
