Throughout her career, Ellen has worked extensively with financial institutions—including community banks, credit unions, fintech companies, and alternative lenders—helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and strengthen internal controls. Her client base also includes closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals and families. Ellen has held senior leadership roles in banking and served as an audit partner at a national firm, as well as a consultant to numerous financial institutions across the region.
