Emily Caister, CPA

Emily has experience in business tax returns, especially real estate groups and small businesses. She also is knowledgeable in individual compliance and trust returns, as well as resolving IRS notices for clients. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in accounting and Spanish with magna cum laude honors from Indiana Wesleyan University. A highlight of her time in college was studying abroad in Seville, Spain. After graduation, she passed all four CPA exams on the first attempt and began working at a local Indianapolis firm where she gained experience in individual, business, and trust returns. At ODC, Emily enjoys supporting other team members to provide the best possible client experience, as well as improving processes to elevate efficiency. Emily currently serves on the board of Adoptions of Indiana, is a member of the Young Professionals of Central Indiana, the Indiana CPA society, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of work she enjoys her local lifting gym, hikes with her dog, and cooking meals with friends and family.
