Fawn brings extensive experience in office and data management, having spent much of her career as a Membership Coordinator for a labor union supporting public employees in Washington State. She joined the StraderHallett team in 2022 as a temporary hire during tax season, quickly proving herself indispensable and securing a permanent part-time role by year’s end. Originally from Hawaii, Fawn has spent time on all the major islands, especially Honolulu and Maui. She relocated with her family to Olympia in 1983 and now lives in Tumwater. Fawn is a widow, a mother to a grown son, and a stepmother to six adult stepdaughters. She is also active in her church community as a lay leader. In her free time, Fawn enjoys reading, singing, taking walks, and appreciating the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
