Kaylee Brown

Kaylee Brown is a people-first HR Director who brings energy and heart to her work, leading thoughtful HR initiatives that help teams thrive, strengthen performance, and build a culture of trust and connection. In her position as the HR Director, Kaylee oversees key areas including PeopleFirst leadership development, organizational culture, performance management, talent acquisition, career development, employee relations, and compliance.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management from Washington State University – Vancouver (GO COUGS!). Drawing on her HR experience across a range of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, and construction—Kaylee works closely with leaders throughout the organization to create an environment where employees feel supported, motivated, and engaged at every stage of their career. She focuses on building a culture rooted in open communication, strong leadership accountability, and continuous feedback. Outside of work Kaylee enjoys home projects, spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Seattle Seahawks and Portland Trailblazers.
