Kim Dwyer

Kim brings over 25 years of experience in the collision repair industry, building a reputation for operational leadership, process improvement, and financial oversight across multi-location organizations. Highly process-driven, she develops systems that enhance efficiency, strengthen accountability, and help teams achieve better results. Kim thrives on problem-solving and takes pride in supporting people while finding practical solutions that keep work moving forward.  

She is thrilled to continue her career with Opsahl Dawson, a firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to client success. Kim looks forward to building on her accounting experience, strengthening her skills, and further expanding her expertise in the field.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, supporting her family's dirt track racing adventures, attending concerts, and traveling. A fun fact about Kim: through her love of country music, she has had the opportunity to meet several well-known country stars—most memorably Garth Brooks three times, who she says is just as you'd imagine: authentic, humble, and deeply kind.
