Kim specializes in identifying risks and inefficiencies for credit unions and community banks, using her keen attention to detail to deliver strategic recommendations that strengthen processes and support sound decision-making. Kim earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Chapman University and holds several industry certifications, including Certified Credit Union Internal Auditor (CCUIA), Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), and Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME). Her career has included leadership roles such as Director of Internal Audit, VP of Lending, VP of Commercial Administration, and AVP of Financial Management. Kim’s professional background spans operational management, regulatory compliance, lending, and internal controls. She is passionate about helping clients enhance their organizations from the inside out. Outside of work, Kim finds her zen in the outdoors—gardening, designing outdoor spaces, or relaxing by the beach.
