Shae is an Administrative Assistant at ODC, where she supports operational efficiency through well-organized processes and a problem-solving mindset. She brings a strong focus on streamlining workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She studied English at Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a certification in Human Resources. Shae previously worked as an Executive Assistant in a Portland-based family office, where she developed a deep appreciation for Financial Concierge services. Her later experience in HR helped her hone the balance between business needs and employee support. Outside of work, Shae enjoys gaming, reading fantasy and self-help books, and taking walks with her son. A frequent traveler, she has crossed the U.S. five times and visited over a dozen states, as well as Mexico, the UK, Austria, and Italy.
