Tae graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington State University Vancouver in 2011, and began her career at Marshall H. Waldman CPA, where she spent six years honing her tax expertise. Starting as an intern and rising to Marshall’s trusted second-in-command, she earned the nickname “The Sleuth” for her tenacity in solving complex tax puzzles. A passionate reader and lifelong Sherlock Holmes fan, she brought the same analytical mindset to her work—along with a deep familiarity with QuickBooks, payroll, and individual and business taxation. Her next goal: the CPA exam. Beyond tax work, Tae is equally passionate about the culinary arts. Her office quickly came to look forward to her gluten-free creations, especially during tax season, when her Shepherd’s Pie and Coq Au Vin became anticipated traditions. Her dishes are always allergy-sensitive and made with care—and usually supervised by her loyal Siberian Husky, Rosso.
